This fault usually isn't an immediate stop, but should be checked soon.

Possible causes

A serious external safety device (e.g. high-pressure cutout or motor protection relay wired as serious alarm) has tripped.
Faulty wiring or a stuck contact on the digital input keeps signalling the serious alarm condition even though the actual fault has cleared.

Check steps

Trace and rectify the external problem signalled on the serious-alarm digital input before restoring outputs; the alarm only clears once the digital input is de-activated.
Check the external safety device and its wiring/contact for correct operation and correct i1P/i2P polarity setting.
