Fault Codes / Dixell / P1

XR06CX / XR60CX — Thermostat probe (Probe 1) fault or wrong probe type (NTC/PTC).

Possible causes

• Probe cable open / corroded.
• NTC probe faulty.
• Wrong probe type set in parameter.

Check steps

• Check controller terminals.
• Measure NTC — 10kΩ at 25°C.
• Check probe-type parameter.
• Replace probe.
