Possible causes

Fan motor defective, wrongly assembled, or U/V/W output wiring incorrect; rotation reversed after target RPM reached
Fan PCB assembly defective, or fan airflow blocked by heavy snowfall/debris

Check steps

Check the fan motor assembly, measure motor resistance between U/V/W phases, and check insulation resistance
Verify wiring/terminal color match between motor and fan PCB, replace the fan PCB if defective, and clear any snow/debris blocking airflow
