Possible causes

Door/lid left open for extended period, load introduced, or cold chain briefly interrupted (e.g. power outage, defrost)
HACCP thresholds SLH/SHH set too tight for normal operation

Read the HACCP AL folder, identify the affected period and cause (door, power outage)
If unwarranted: check SLH/SHH thresholds and door seal/user behaviour; clear log using rES function in FnC
