Possible causes

Ambient temperature around compressor/motor too high, inadequate ventilation/cooling
SA3 setpoint or dA3 differential misconfigured, or Pb3 incorrectly positioned

Check steps

Wait for temperature to return below SA3 minus dA3 (differential); check the cause of overheating (ventilation, dirt/fouling)
Check Pb3 probe position/condition and SA3/dA3 parameter settings
