Possible causes

Battery module (EKA 181C) depleted or not fitted after a prolonged power failure (>4 hours)
Internal clock chip defective

Check steps

Check/replace battery module EKA 181C if used
Reset the clock (t07/t08/t45/t46/t47); replace the controller if the fault recurs
