Possible causes

Main switch r12 was set to 0 (stop) or -1 (manual control)
External switch on DI input (o02=5, main switch function) has stopped regulation

Check parameter r12 and reset to 1 (start) if needed
Check the external switch/contact on the DI input and its configuration (o02)
