Possible causes

External contact on DI1 opened/closed and the alarm time delay (A27) has expired
Faulty wiring or incorrect configuration of o02 (DI1 function)

Check steps

Check the external contact/sensor on DI1 and its wiring
Check parameter o02 (DI1 configuration, values 8/9 = separate alarm function) and A27 (delay)
