F-Serie

• 1 — Sensor fault BT1 (outdoor temperature).
• 10 — Sensor fault BT10 (brine inlet). GP2 pump on manual.
• 16 — Sensor fault BT16 (evaporator). Auto reset.
• 2 — Alarm '2' (sensor fault BT2) is the heating medium SUPPLY (flow/Vorlauf) sensor, not the return (that is BT3). Additional heating is blocked; system falls back to condenser-out sensor (BT11).
• 220 — High pressure alarm from outdoor unit.
• 229 — Short compressor runs – stopped 3× shortly after start.
• 248 — Comm fault – no connection display↔base card.
• 3 — Sensor fault BT3 (heating return). Compressor blocked during DHW.
• 40 — Compressor phase 1 missing or below 160V.
• 41 — Compressor phase 2 missing.
• 42 — Compressor phase 3 missing.
• 43 — Faulty phase sequence.
• 44 — Overheated softstart — fuses for the soft start card are defective.
• 45 — Phase fault — motor protection on single phase (Norway) has probably been triggered.
• 50 — High pressure alarm – HP switch tripped repeatedly.
• 54 — Motor protection alarm — motor protection breaker tripped.
• 55 — Hot gas alarm – discharge temp over limit.
• 56 — Incorrect serial number — serial number does not exist.
• 57 — Incorrect firmware — serial number and firmware do not match.
• 58 — Pressure switch — high or low pressure switch has triggered.
• 6 — Sensor fault BT6 (hot water control). Auto reset.
• 60 — Low HTF (heat transfer fluid/brine) out — the temperature of the outgoing brine goes below the set minimum temperature.
• 63 — Low air flow — too low air flow at air flow sensor BS1.
• 64 — Low exhaust air temperature — exhaust air temperature has been below 16°C and not risen above 17°C within 60 minutes.
• 65 — High condensation water level — external level monitor.
• 66 — High condensation water level — alarm from level monitor in the condensation water container.
• 67 — Antifreeze protection supply air — supply air temperature (BT22) is below 5°C.
• 69 — Non-calibrated air flow sensor — the air flow sensor has not been calibrated.
• 70 — Permanent communication error input card — no communication with the input card.
• 71 — Permanent communication error base card.
