Bitzer 3502: Oil Pressure Low This fault typically halts operation and needs immediate attention.
Possible causes
- Oil pump failure or insufficient oil in crankcase
- Clogged oil strainer or refrigerant migration into oil (foaming)
Check steps
- Check oil level at sight glass, measure oil pressure differential (target 20-50 psi)
- Check crankcase heater operation and startup behavior for refrigerant migration

- Delta-P II Ölwächter/Delta-P II oil sensor
